Minutes of the 43rd Congress at Bellefonte /PA on October 20th 2007

The 43rd Congress and General Assembly took place during the weekend of 19 to 21 October 2007 at the American Philatelic Center at Bellefonte, Pennsylvania /USA, on occasion of "AEROPHILATELY 2007", a national exhibition with international participation.

The O.C. worked out a program : seminars, A.A.M.S. breakfast, social events, etc. See the program here.

The F.I.S.A. Congress and General Meeting was on Saturday October 20th, 2007 followed by a lunch for the delegates.

As to hotel accomodation, the A.A.M.S. arranged a block of rooms at two hotels in State Collega, which are next to each other (State College is 13 miles / 21 km from Bellefonte).
