The American Air Mail Society Convention is coming soon.
It will be held as part of Sescal at the Los Angeles International Airport, California from 14 though 16 October 2011.
SESCAL is the annual Stamp Exhibition of Southern CALifornia sponsored by the Federated Philatelic Clubs of Southern California.

There will be a national bourse and exhibits (an APS World Series of Philately Show).
Sescal will be held at Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel, located at 5711 West Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90045; telephone 310-410-4000.

There is a special Sescal rate of $85.00 per night, plus taxes.
The hotel provides a free courtesy bus pickup at Los Angeles International Airport.
The theme of SESCAL 2011, the 67th, is the Centennial of America's First Transcontinental Flight, by Cal Rodgers in his Vin Fiz Flyer.
A Show Cachet and a Special Cancel will be available.

We need three aerophilatelic talks/displays. You can show and talk about your actual material, or give a Powerpoint presentation.
We will have a computer & projector available. Just bring your presentation on a memory stick.
